John Racine started investing in real estate in 2005 with a small portfolio of single family and duplexes in the Central Florida MSA. His background is in Human Resources having been responsible for staff up to 1,100 and over $100MM in annual revenue.

Chad has had a lifelong love of real estate, so much so, he became a Florida Mortgage Bankerr and has personally funded over $5MM in real estate loans.
